Parent questionnaire

S4 - Strengthening School, Strong School

Dear Parents,

In order to improve the situation at your school, your school is participating in the project "S4 - Strengthening School, Strong School". This primarily involves providing further training for the headteacher of your school and supporting the development work at the school in order to make changes to the school’s work on a general basis. This possible change is being scientifically accompanied by the Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education (IPN) at the University of Kiel. We are now relying on your help and are hereby sending you a questionnaire.

To describe the development at your school as accurately as possible, your perspective is also important to us. Completion of the questionnaire is, of course, voluntary and is carried out in compliance with data protection regulations. The allocation of the data collected in this questionnaire to the schools is done via pseudonymised identification numbers. Your child's teacher has no insight into the answers. The digital questionnaire (link) is sent directly to the IPN. If you prefer to fill in the questionnaire on paper, you can put the completed questionnaire into the return envelope, well sealed, and post it in your school's letterbox. The questionnaires are then sent collectively to the IPN. To ensure data protection, at this point a check is carried out to ensure all of the envelopes are sealed. Any opened envelopes shall be reported to the Data Protection Officer.
